    This is a commentary, an opinion of sorts, but I personally am glad Strava is making a second home here in Denver. They are cool people who I believe mean well and will make our endurance, outdoor, triathlon and cycling communities stronger and more fun. I ran this morning with the Executive Leadership team and others, and it’s clear at the end of the day, the intention of Strava is promote community and fun. While it’s a data fueled company, it’s core seems to be fueled by genuine passion for doing just about anything in motion. Read more

    • Strava opening Denver Office

      For Strava, Denver is now a KOM, or since Denver is the Queen City, perhaps QOM is more appropriate. Today Strava CEO, James Quarles, Governor John Hickenlooper, and Denver’s Executive Director of Economic Development Eric Hiragana made the announcement that Strava will open an office in Denver. Read more

      • Bicycle friendly state rankings announced

        The League of American Bicyclists released their bicycle-friendly state rankings today, with Colorado improving one spot from the last ranking, landing us at #6. Our state was recognized as one of the top in the nation for laws, policy and education, but we still have room to improve in the area of devoting transportation funds to bicycling projects. Read more
