To prevent me from getting the story wrong (as I did with the ACA Annoucement) I will quote what I got from the Boulder MountainBike Alliance (BMA)

On Monday, January 28, at 6pm in City Council Chambers, the City of Boulder Parks and Recreation Advisory Board will consider the recommendation to City Council regarding the design of Valmont Park. This is a meeting where encouragement is the order of the day. We need to demonstrate our support and pleasure at progress of this kind. There are strategies being considered that will accelerate the development of this park and it’s facilities.
