First Bike Race of Season! Sunday, June 28th Crit on South Table

Sanitas Sports and the Boulder Center for Orthopedics Cycling team are hosting the Boulder Center for Orthopedics Criterium on Sunday, June 28th. The course this year will be at the Colorado State Patrol track, on top of South Table Mountain in Golden, CO.

Bicycle Racing Association President, Andy Johnson says, “we are excited to kick off the season and we have worked hard with state and local agencies, race directors and USA Cycling to make events as safe as possible and comply with local regulations. The open, limited public access to South Table Mountain will be a good venue to start with. We also plan to race the Colorado State Time Trial Championships on July 18th in Keenseburg which will be another outstanding venue to really ensure safety for riders, event staff and volunteers with its time trial format. This would be a great event for triathletes training for those late season triathlons to get some TT riding in as well!”

The 2.3 km course is smooth and wide, with four corners and one quick chicane to keep you on your A game.
