Looking for a professional, hard-working individual to work in an active, fun bike shop. Necessary skills include sales, attention to detail, use of computers, renting and maintaining bike equipment and exceptional customer service skills. We are looking for an individual to be able to complete high level repairs such as, but not limited to suspension service, wheel repair/build, hydraulic brake/dropper systems, electronic shifting and diagnostics, hub service, suspension set up, and complete bicycle overhauls.
The ability to use outside resources to obtain technical information. Knowledge of warranty, crash replacement, outside vendor criteria and utilizing our Dealers resources to service our customers needs and equipment. Expertise in MTB, Road, Gravel, and E-bike technology is required. Furthering education in Industry related areas is encouraged.
