Join NEO Endurance coach Nicole Odell and Podium Training coach Dave Burgess for an altitude based pre-season training camp in Colorado Springs. The goal of this camp is to provide you with the information you need to enhance your training next season and help you achieve the results that you deserve. Periodization, lactate threshold training, swim and run mechanics, bike fits, and open forum discussions on the topics you want to discuss will all be covered.
