                Cyclists 4 Community (C4C) pulled together a public meet & greet and information sharing event in partnership with Community Cycles, the City of Boulder, and Boulder County on March 15th at the Tune Up taproom at Full Cycle on Pearl Street for an open discussion about the best ways to improve cycling safety in the Boulder area. Many concerned cyclists and representative of cycling groups from the local area came to hear what the four organizations, working in partnership are doing to improve bicycle safety, voice their concerns, and ask questions of the speakers. Read more

                • Boulder County piloting new road signs to improve bicycle safety

                  Boulder County, Colo. – To help improve safety for all roadway users in the plains/flatland areas, Boulder County will be piloting new signs to remind motorists and bicyclists about the rules for passing on county roads. These signs will be piloted on roads with significant vehicle and bicycle traffic that also do not have shoulders. These are roadways where motorists typically need to cross the centerline to give bicyclists the necessary three feet of space. Read more

                      October 9, 2017, Boulder, CO–Cyclists 4 Community is teaming up with the City of Boulder and Boulder County to be more visible while riding. As the days grow shorter, we want to help cyclists stay safe and be seen, both day and night, with lights, front and back. C4C, in conjunction with the City of Boulder, Boulder County, Nite Ize and Skratch Labs, will be giving away free lights at this event, and the first 50 to purchase tickets will also receive two free light sets from Nite Ize (value $40).  Read more
