Argh, It’s been below 40 for about 12 days straight and today I commuted into work…. caught a ride home because of the snow. Needless to say, motivation is near rock bottom. Last year I had a coach and boy did that make a HUGE difference not only scientifically speaking but in kicking my ass in gear and training.
