CatEye America is seeking to fill an Inside Sales / Territory Manager position within our company. The Inside Sales / Territory Manager position reports to the National Sales Manager. The position is full-time; M-F, 8am to 5pm and based in Boulder, CO.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Minimum level of outbound calls per day
· Live order entry and processing
· Active selling to meet a monthly sales goal
· Occasional travel for shop visits, trade shows and events required
· Ability / willingness to be cross trained to back up other positions here like tech support, customer service and shipping
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Previous inside sales / telemarketing experience highly desirable
· Retail sales experience in the bicycle or outdoor industry preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Excellent communication skills via telephone and email
· Superior ability to work in a small team environment
· Have a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
· Must be dependable and punctual
