Join SMBA staff in an informational meeting about the benefits of Mountain Biking, what to expect from a SMBA Camp, info on all of our offerings from 1 day sampler camps for new riders to Team details. This meeting will be geared to the audience in attendance and all questions are welcome.
Join us Saturday March 30th from 10AM to 4PM for a celebration of stewardship and bicycles at the Trestle Bike Skills Course at Barnum North Park. Morning stewardship activities will include park cleanup and volunteer training. The afternoon celebration will feature recycled bike and new helmet giveaways, free bike demos, riding skills clinics and bicycle maintenance and safety checks. A free hotdog lunch will be provided.
Come out and enjoy an evening with your best mountain bike buds dressed to the nines, as well as elected officials and land agency managers, over good food, beer, and wine. No agendas, no long speeches... Just a good time to hang out with your friends and supporters of BMA.
The 3rd annual "40 in the Fort" Endurance Mountain Bike Race will be held on June 29, 2013. Come experience Front Range's toughest mountain bike race. And come with your lungs, legs, and brakes checked. This 40 mile course has 9,000 vertical feet of climbing and tons of single-track and filled with fast switchback descents. Experience Bacon Hill and see why it’s the place to stop and wonder just why you’re doing this to yourself’. Once again we will be holding the regular two lap 40 mile race as well as the Just for Fun team race for paired friends to compete as teams.

"The 24 Hours in the Sage course is roughly 13 miles (13 mile loop starting/ending at the KOA).
The course offers a variety of: climbs, flats, downhills and technical.
Most of the course is single-track trails with some dial/4wd trails in the form of connectors to the single-tracks.
Roughly 4 miles of the 13 miles is paved road (CR38/Gold Basin Road) that takes you from the KOA to the entrance of hartman rocks." (24hoursinthesage.com)
