Tyler Butterfield: Predictions for Saturday’s Abu Dhabi Triathlon

Tyler Butterfield is one of Boulder’s most promising professional triathletes. He has competed at the highest level in both road bicycle racing and triathlons, and made history when he became Bermuda’s first professional triathlete in 2002. He then made his way into the record books yet again in 2004 when he became the youngest male triathlete to ever compete at an Olympic Games in Athens. Butterfield represented his nation again at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. He has also competed multiple times at the Triathlon World Championships, the Commonwealth Games, and the professional cycling circuit. He placed 7th at the Ironman World Championships in Kona in 2013.
