The Job Description:
Daily operations and tasks related to customer service, orders, receiving, systems management related to inventory and an assortment of additional functions tied to sales and marketing initiatives. This is somewhat of a Swiss Army knife role as we are a small team with everyone wearing multiple hats. In this role you will be primarily responsible for shipping, receiving, order management and support of the larger team as needed. Both brands have daily tasks that require attention related to consumer orders, team orders, inventory updates, marketing campaigns, event support and systems maintenance. In addition, there are other projects that you will be able to lead and participate in as needed.

Our ability to manage the multiple day to day requirements as related to customer service are key to creating the best experiences and exceeding expectations for our partners with our businesses. You must be focused, able to work in a high paced environment and independently. Most importantly you must be willing to drive change for the sake of continually improving the business, efficiency and the consumer experience. It’s not enough just to “do the job”. Requirements + Responsibilities – A Few of the Specifics, Certainly Not All.
 Daily processing of all consumer, team and shop orders including all systems related processes (picking, packing, shipping, closing orders in system, adjusting inventory)
 Inventory management: receiving, shipping, stocking, updated systems, providing system reports related to stock
 Systems management including daily updates of orders, inventory, pricing change
 Working primarily in ERP systems. Potential also for updating and managing website systems (Magento) for both brands to adjust, update and input content, copy, images and other related assets
 Sales and Marketing support as needed related to campaigns (email campaigns, promotions, ambassadors, sales events), media communications, product copy and potentially on-site event support as needed
 Must be detail oriented to ensure order and system accuracy.
 Ability to create and manage reports for internal teams, other sales offices and vendor communications related to sales updates, purchasing orders, adjustments and other needed updates
 Effective communicator, managing multiple tasks and prioritization
