January was the National Challenge Competition Bike session…let’s take a quick look on how the Colorado teams fared…
Division 3 – Pikes Peak Tri Club ended ranked 16th for bike mileage (1378.7) and 15th overall for total swim/bike/run weighted miles (4314.78)
Division 4 – Southern Colorado Tri Club is ranked 15th for bike session bike mileage (4183.93) and total 13th for total miles (10914.73).
If we compare Rocky Mountain Region Teams (which includes Team USAT) for the entire contest we have SoCoT2 in 2nd (Salt Lake Tri Club is a division 1 team with a whole heck of a lot of participants!), PPTC in 4th and Team USAT just a smidge behind them in 5th.
February, the 3rd and final month of the NCC is the run session. Lace up those shoes and have fun getting after it!
