More than 200 Colorado athletes competed in Omaha this past weekend at Age Group National Championships in the Olympic and Sprint distance races.
Here are some interesting facts:
- 55 athletes finished top 10 in their age groups
- 24 athletes competed in both the Olympic and Sprint distance races.
- Of those 24 athletes, there were 12, top 10 finishes
In the Overall Men’s Masters division of the Olympic race, Tim Hola of Highlands Ranch finished first and Kirk Framke of Denver finished right behind Tim to finish second.
Kirk also finished second in his age group on Sunday in the Sprint race.
Amazing showing of our Colorado athletes.
