Bilingual Sales Assistant – TrainingPeaks

Our phenomenally helpful TrainingPeaks Sales Assistant will be responsible for entering and qualifying inbound leads to assist the Sales team in connecting with coaches.  Daily responsibilities will consist of data entry, working with online leads and researching potential accounts.  This Sales Assistant position will report to the Sales Director.  Once trained, the Sales Assistant’s Spanish-speaking ability will be utilized to assist our growing Spanish-speaking customer base. Daily duties will eventually include phone calls with customers, assisting with webinars and ultimately direct responsibility for sales.

-Input sales leads into our salesforce CRM
-Research and qualifying inbound (online) leads
-Set tasks in salesforce CRM for Sales Manager and Sales Director
-Assist with phone calls to Spanish speaking customers
-Uses scheduling and conferencing tools to coordinate webinars
-Sends emails to sold accounts ensuring a smooth transition
-Performs other duties as assigned, including providing translations as needed

-Proven work experience in a customer service or administrative capacity
-Competent user of the TrainingPeaks coach account
-Ability to speak Spanish fluently
-Basic understanding of sales principles and/or customer service practices
-Basic understanding of webinar software, scheduling and/or CRM software
-Ability to educate and teach others a new product
-Solid communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Articulate and demonstrates excellent phone communication skills
-Be a self-starting multi-tasker, with a proven ability to take ownership of assignments while working closely (and well) with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Desired Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
-Knowledge of ZenDesk
-Certified coach in your sport (USAC, USAT, USTF, etc)
-Passion for health, fitness, and endurance sports
