Patrick Ward, 69, will face one count of vehicular homicide while driving under the influence -- a Class 3 felony -- and vehicular homicide reckless driving -- a Class 4 felony, after Boulder County Judge David Archuleta ruled prosecutors had enough evidence to take both felony cases to Boulder District Court at Ward's preliminary hearing earlier this morning.

Winds of change are coming to the Winter Park Hill Climb this year as any bike besides a mountain bike is being strongly discouraged according to their marketing email. As a former winner of the Winter Park Hill Climb myself while using a cross bike I feel this is a good public statement for them to make to clear up any ambiguity of what bike to use.

Not recommending this solution all the time but there are places it might be easier to install then fight for a parking solutions but often I wonder why businesses or cities don't do more to provide bike parking, especially if existing bike parking is non-existent or full. Yet on the flip side, how frustrating is it when you see a bike locked to a legit bike rack and it sits there for days with no usage.
