A large group of supporters attended tonight’s Longmont City Council meeting, and through multiple speakers convinced the council to reconsider the Longmont Triathlon. Mayor pro tem Brian Bagley promised to make a motion to reinstate the 2014 Longmont triathlon at next week’s regular council meeting, and mayor Dennis Coombs promised to second the motion!
