JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Assist in email segmentation, targeting and lead nurture strategies
 Assist with maintenance of the marketing calendar
 Create email campaigns based on marketing calendar for both B2C & B2B
 Edit current flow campaigns based on new products and customer base
 Oversee and manage website & product reviews, to include communication with customers on a regular basis
 Assist with HS Rewards Program and maximize available features
 Attend monthly conference calls with PR Agency
 Work closely with graphic design to revise company brand guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Previous experience with email marketing, preferably in a B2C e-commerce business
 Previous experience with an ESP such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.
 Understanding of email targeting/segmentation, loyalty programs and conversion rate optimization preferable
 Must have a sense of humor and love working in a fun environment; love of the outdoors a bonus!
