Full-Time Experienced Sales:
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic cyclists who have experience selling bikes. Sales people at Full Cycle must inspire customers, have strong product knowledge, maintain the sales floor, and be fun to work with. We are looking for full time help, but part time is a possibility. Baristas/Bartenders:
In case you haven’t heard, Full Cycle is mid-remodel, and soon to open a Bar and Café with Coffee, Beer, and Wine! We plan on opening in late April and are hiring staff now. Espresso experience is a big plus, and restaurant management or ordering experience is even better. We are looking for flexible people with excellent personalities. Full and Part time positions available.
Rental Coordinator:
Our Pearl Street location has a large fleet of rental & demo bikes that need to be managed (primarily on weekends) and maintained. This is a part time position, though applicants with extensive experience as mechanics may pick up extra hours assisting our service department. The position requires both customer service and bike repair/maintenance experience. A knowledge of local trails and roads is key!
Sales Assistant/Cashier:
A position assisting our sales staff and running registers is available primarily on weekends. Other duties may include cleaning & stocking the sales floor, answering phones, and being helpful/friendly with everyone. Some retail sales experience is helpful but not absolutely required.
Experienced Mechanics, Suspension Technicians:
Full Cycle is now hiring experienced bicycle mechanics. We have multiple positions open. Come join a highly skilled, professional service department with lots of new equipment. We are looking for full time mechanics with at least two years’ shop experience. Professional experience with hydraulic brake systems, electronic shifting, electric bikes, and suspension is required. Weekend availability is a big plus.
Bike Builders/Junior Mechanics:
The Pearl Street and Hill stores are hiring bike builders. Potential to earn up to $20 per hour or more if you are good and efficient. Position will also include basic repairs and tune ups as needed. We have bikes that need to be built immediately, come on in and we will get you building!
Inventory Specialist:
We are looking for someone with strong computer skills and extreme attention to detail to help with our inventory management process. Duties will include, but may not be limited to inventory counts and reconciliation, receiving and pricing product, organization, stocking, and some light sales/register help. Part time flexible hours could be combined with Sales or Service work for a full-time position. Knowledge of bicycle components, previous retail experience, or previous bike shop experience would all be great, but not necessary.
