Blue-Stages Team Riding 40 Laps at Marshall Mesa May 29th for Family Assistance

Blue-Stages Racing Fundraiser for EFAA

On Friday, May 29th, Blue-Stages riders Maxx Chance and Eric Brunner and manager Grant Holicky will each be riding 200km close to home to raise money for EFAA, the Emergency Family Assistance Association. EFAA is a longstanding Boulder, Colorado organization that provides help with basic living necessities such as food and shelter to those families who need it. The organization operates a food bank and short term/transitional housing properties, offers financial assistance, as well as provides education about poverty and homelessness.

Maxx and Grant have decided on brutal ways to cover the 200km. Maxx will be riding about 40 laps of the Marshall Mesa trail on his Blue singlespeed, while Grant is doing his effort indoors on the shortest Zwift lap possible. We’re unsure of whether Eric will be able to come up with a more difficult route.

As an incentive, some of our partners have generously provided prizes for donors. These include a Blue Hogback gravel frame, two Stages Dash head units, Shimano XTR pedals, a Lazer helmet, clothing from Cuore, a Velo saddle, and a pair of WTB tires.
