We’re hiring an e-commerce manager responsible for translating our corporate strategy into transformative product requirements and a mind-blowing user experiences on our Web sites.

The e-commerce manager is responsible for the oversight of our flagship online store and hundreds of micro team stores; delivering ridiculously high customer service and earning a reasonable profit. You will be required to produce quality always while building brand recognition and increasing sales using a combination of e-commerce best practices and social media implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all Web store operations
- Maximize sales and customer service
- Building and managing micro stores for custom apparel clients
- Discovery of new website functionality to improve sales, generate brand differentiation or an improved customer experience from pre-purchase all the way to fulfillment
- Define requirements and objectives for new features and projects. Collaborate with various stakeholders to lead the development of product features and to support implementation and execution
- Define and own the product roadmap for an e-commerce platform supporting multiple device types, websites, and business models

We are looking for a full-time, in-house production designer with one to two years' web design experience to create emails, web pages, banner ads and communicate directly with clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, comfortable working within tight deadlines, work well in a team environment and understand how triathletes, cyclists and runners think.

Job responsibilities include:
- Laying out web pages using HTML and CSS
- Designing HTML emails
- Designing animated banner ads
- Communicate with clients for coordinating and proofing deliverables

Requirements:
- Photoshop skills
- Hand coded HTML skills
- Passionate about great design and take personal pride and satisfaction in your work
- Work Mon-Fri in our Lafayette, CO office

We are seeking a well qualified, long term cycling coach to coach athletes out of our Performance Cycling Center

Full Time, 40 flexible hours/week, some weekend work required

Job Summary:
FasCat Coaching is seeking an experienced , motivated and well qualified cycling coach to work in FasCat's new Performance Center. This coach will bring a working knowledge of power-based training, training plan design, and a high level of racing & coaching expertise.

He/she will be expected to personally coach athletes, interpret power data, teach cycling classes, work training camps, lead group rides and motorpace athletes. An ideal candidate should be an enthusiatic motivator and passionate about coaching athletes. Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must. Retail experience, physiological testing and bike fitting a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:
1) B.S. Life Sciences or greater
2) 1.5 years+ coaching experience
3) Experience training and racing with a powermeter
4) Demonstrated coaching success
4) Category 2 or higher level cyclist
5) USA Cycling coaches license or equivalent USAT

Employment & Compensation:
- Annual salary of $31.5k - $39k commensurate with education & experience
