Please be advised that Niwot Road is currently unpaved between 55th Street and 63rd Street. Paving will start next week and we anticipates to have at least one layer of new pavement in place for the holiday weekend.

Even with the new pavement down, the road will remain under construction through the end of June. Cyclists should anticipate uneven pavement, ongoing construction activity, soft shoulders and significant delays as construction crews work to complete the project.
