Venus de Miles: A Tour for the Women

Venus de Miles, Colorado’s largest women’s bike ride is in its 9th year. With over 1,300 registered riders for this event, online registration will still be open until 9pm on Friday, August 26th and available onsite the morning of the ride. The ride is the signature fundraising event for Greenhouse Scholars, a non-profit organization that provides personal and financial support to high-performing, under-resourced college students (both male and female) who are the next generation of community leaders.

Founded in 2008, Venus de Miles began as a non-competitive ride for women, which still holds true today. Three courses are available for cyclists of all abilities (33, 64, and 100 miles) with amazing on course support and rest stops catered to women. The finish line festival will feature lunch, cocktails, spa services, and an opportunity to meet the beneficiaries of Venus de Miles – the Greenhouse Scholars.

Unable to ride or want to be involved? Volunteers are always needed! Please visit the event website for more information.

This event would not be possible without the generosity of so many sponsors and product donors including 8Z Real Estate, this year’s presenting sponsor.

You can find complete details for the event on the Venus de Miles Website , Facebook Page and the 303cycling calendar
