Broken Carbon, LLC, a leader in the carbon fiber bicycle repair industry, is looking to hire! We are looking fo the best and most enthusiastic person in the cycling industry.
Requirements:
- 2 years retail sales
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Be capable of using G Suite software products
- Be capable of lifting 50lb boxes
- Bonus – Knowledge of bicycles
Any specialized information regarding carbon fiber repair will be provided as part of your training.
- The primary point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and in person
- Liaise with our carbon repair technician to correctly price and schedule repair work
- Educate customers about the safety of carbon fiber repairs for bicycles
- Set the standard of sales practices for a growing team (sales scripts, FAQs, social media)
- Coordinate repair services with our industry partners
- Launch social media campaigns
- Utilize Square Payments for invoices and in person POS
- Shipping: Receiving and packing bike frames per insurance specifications
