Who Should apply?
There is a big gap between being a novice or bucket list athlete and a professional. We want to close that gap. We are looking for women triathletes who fit in the long hours training in between building careers and raising families and who refuse to settle for anything less than exceptional in racing and in life.
We are looking for women to be a part of a team developed to reach far beyond a group of women racing in the same uniform. We are building an identity of “Elite Development” women working together to push our limits and are not ashamed of being fast. We train together, we race together, and we want to serve as community role models through our focus on whole-body fitness, resilience, dedication, and teamwork.
The mission of Vixxen Racing is to Inspire women and girls to accept no limits, conform to no standards, work hard, stay humble, and strive to be the BEST she can be.

Expectations:
1. Have established yourself as a top-tier age group athlete in the Boulder, CO area.
2. Pay $300 annual team dues.
3. Participate in at least 2 team designated races (participation includes racing or volunteering).
2017 Team Races: IM 70.3 St. George, Without Limits Colorado Triathlon, IM Boulder 70.3, IM 70.3 World Championships, Without Limits Oktoberfest
4. Race all 2017 races in the Official Vixxen Racing Team kit.
Minimum of 2 races that are an Ironman, Ironman 70.3, Xterra or Age group National Championships.
5. Be willing to post about Vixxen experiences and races on FaceBook, Twitter, and Instagram to promote the Vixxen mentality and lifestyle.
6. Be willing to lead/co-lead an event in Find Your Feisty series working to make the sport of triathlon more approachable to women through education and preparation.
