Pearl Izumi is currently searching for enthusiastic candidates interested in full and part time positions in our distribution center located in Louisville, CO. These positions are temporary with an end date of Fall, 2013. Flexible part time hours consist of approximately 20-24 hours per week on a semi-set schedule with the understanding that hours could be reduced or increased weekly/monthly/seasonally to accommodate fluctuations in workload. The ideal candidate for PT Distribution Associate positions are available Monday through Friday, approximately 4-5 hours per day between the hours of 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Ideal candidates for full time positions are available for an 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Position Summary – The focus of this entry level position is to pick and pack orders and assist in other areas as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – Process orders to include picking and then pack all orders using specific procedures to ensure accuracy.

Boulder B-cycle is our community’s bike-share program. Necessary Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Three to five years of demonstrated success with sponsorship, development, marketing, sales, or a combination of these
• Project-management and task-execution skills, including goal-oriented approach to workplans, development/sponsorship targets, and progress reports
• Strong motivation to succeed, self-starter, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and to manage interns and contractors, as needed
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or other presentation software) and Google for Business
