Tonight is all about the RUN. We will have Joanna Zeiger, Mark Plaatjes, Lee Troop, Abby Levene, and Michael Lovato on hand to answer all of your run related questions. We will start off by asking the panel guests a series of predetermined questions, but will open it up for a Q&A session at the end.
We will provide some snacks and drinks for you. The event starts at 5:30pm with the talk beginning at 6pm.

Experience the thrill of mountain biking in a women’s only environment with our enthusiastic, knowledgeable female instructors! We’ll start by addressing proper bike fit, demonstrate riding techniques, including body and pedal position, shifting, braking, climbing, descending, and navigating minor obstacles on the trail. We’ll also go over important communication skills and mountain biking trail etiquette with the aim of keeping multi-use trails open and safe for everyone. Finally, we’ll practice all these new skills on a great trail ride! Don’t have a bike? We’ll provide full suspension Ghost mountain bikes at no additional charge.
Recommended for those 14 and older; those under 18 must be accompanied by female parent or responsible female adult. No rider will be left behind!

Denver Federal Center Classic
Denver
Located on the grounds of the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, this technical and challenging circuit race is one of the toughest on the BRAC calendar. The course features 16 corners spread over 4-plus miles of smooth tarmac. There are some tricky transitions, hot corners and a long straightaway finish that will settle any argument about who has the best sprint in the pack.
