Without Limits is hiring for their cyclocross production A-Team: Have you ever desired to learn what goes into an event production, what it’s truly like behind the scenes before the racers arrive on site? Without Limits is hiring an assistant course director to work alongside our Course Director Glenn Cratty for the 2020 season. You’ll learn the “all things” course design related, take the lead taping off the courses race morning, and also assist with general venue set-up.
Required experience: Raced a few cyclocross events and willingness to wake up early and get your hands dirty. We don’t expect you to be chipper at 4am, but we do expect a positive and fun-loving attitude, someone who’s passionate about delivering the best cyclocross races around.
Commitment: A minimum of two races remaining in our 2019 season to be fully trained by 2020. Come 2020 a minimum of 6 out of our 9 set-up and event days. It’s a lot of races and life happens, so we don’t expect you to work all events, just the majority. Please note: most set-up days occur on Friday’s starting at 10:00am
Compensation: Dependent upon experience with a fast increase for performance. Simply put, if you kick ass, you’ll be rewarded for it.
