This helmet is most definitely a must have if you commute on your bike, ride in the dark, and want to be highly visible on two wheels.
The rear of the helmet sports super bright LED lights and with white bright LEDs in the front. The small wireless handlebar remote controls the left and right “turn signals” that illuminate on either side of the rear red LEDs.
Not sure of how much battery life is left for your helmet or remote? Simply download the Lumos app on your smartphone, sync it up via Bluetooth, and you’ll get a display of how much life is left and even get notifications when your battery has less than 10% remaining. Pretty slick! In the app you can also configure brake light preferences, turning on the “Warning Lights Activation” feature. This brightens the rear red lights when you slow down, signaling to others around you that you’re braking.
