What you will do:
Our customers have very high expectations of the QBP experience. Your job will be to make sure that every order that leaves the building reflects our high standards.
• Order fulfillment/picking
• Packing of product to QBP Standards
• Assure that every order ships same day
• DC Maintenance and 6S of Outbound area and Pack stations
What you need to succeed:
• Solid understanding of a distribution network is helpful
• Work effectively under pressure, respond positively to change, attention to detail, attendance, etc.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds repetitively, and be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Willingness to take initiative and work effectively without close supervision, maintain accuracy and quantity of work under pressure of deadlines and changing priorities, adaptable and flexible with change, etc.
• Must be open to a flexible schedule: long days at the beginning of the week and shorter days towards the end. Some late nights will be required.
