Pactimo Seeks Customer Experience Representative/Brand Studio Representative
Location: Denver Metro Area – Full-Time (40 hours)

Overall Scope of Position
The Customer Experience Representative works with Pactimo’s growing online Retail Division. The representative will manage customer communication and interaction, provide product information, resolve customer issues, and assist customers in our Denver Brand Studio once it reopens.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver world class customer service via direct contact, live chat, emails, and by phone
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranties
- Create orders using our order management and fulfillment systems
- Answer questions regarding customer accounts and orders
- Work with our warehouse and retail team to provide daily support and ensure timeliness are met
- Educate customers on our product line and offerings
- Create reports and track necessary data
- Coordinate cross functionally with other teams
- Occasionally assist with outside marketing events and activities
Qualifications
- Some cycling experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented
- Quick learner and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Self-directed and motivated
- Ability to adapt and build on processes of a growing company
- Positive attitude
