Pactimo Looking for Customer Service Rep

Feb. 11th: A trusted leader in premium cycling wear is looking to add a customer service/brand representative to its team in Denver.

Overall Scope of Position
The Customer Service Representative works in support of Pactimo’s growing Retail and Custom business. The representative will manage customer communication and interaction, provide product information, resolve customer issues and assist customers in our Denver Brand Studio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Represent Pactimo in a positive and professional manner 
  • Answer product and service questions in person at our Brand Studio, through the website, emails and calls 
  • Facilitate returns and exchanges
  • Create orders for new and existing customers 
  • Answer questions about sizing, customer accounts and rewards program
  • Process Fit Kits and Quality Kits for Custom customers


  • Cycling experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills 
  • Product knowledge 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
