How Much is Too Much?

The Rist Canyon Road Race is fast approaching on June 21st. It is an unbelievable course with a great climb and spectacular scenery. The big complaint is the cost. It is $70 for the race and granted it does include a post race meal and some other goodies but $70 is a lot of money. I know it’s expensive to put on a road race but $70 is twice what other local road races cost. Here is more information about the race. I for one don’t need the post race meal or the goodies. I wish that would be an option. What do you think?
