Ironman and Life Time today announced the members that will make up its 2016 Women For Tri Board of Advisors. Triathlete Editor-in-Chief Julia Polloreno and eight others who were a part of the founding board will continue to serve, while three new names—most notably multiple Ironman World Championship podium finisher and pro triathlete Rachel Joyce—will join the board.

Ironman and Life Time today announced the 2016 Women For Tri Board of Advisors with three new members—Joanna Graham, Rachel Joyce and Lindsay Meyers. The new advisors will join nine returning members of the Women For Tri Board of Advisors, who collectively represent an impressive wealth of professional and personal achievements.
“Our Women for Tri Board of Advisors were instrumental in growing female participation in our sport last year,” said Andrew Messick, Chief Executive Officer of Ironman. “The addition of Rachel, Joanna and Lindsay further strengthens our Board and positions Women For Tri to have even more impact in the future success of our sport.”
