About five years ago after two bicyclists were killed in succession in Fort Collins, there was outcry from citizens. The City of Fort Collins heard the outcry and innovated classroom based education on driving around bicyclists.
Bicycle Colorado saw the program and its value. Now, C4C and Bicycle Colorado are partnering to fund the delivery of the class in digitized form to tens of thousands of drivers and bicyclists.
