Multisport Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and passionate triathlon specialist to join our team!
Come work at Boulder’s best & oldest bike shop (Full Cycle Bikes), also home to Boulder’s best sports bar (The Tune Up), and the country’s premiere triathlon retailer (Colorado Multisport).
Are you passionate about triathlon and aspire to help others achieve their training and racing goals? Do you have a wealth of knowledge about triathlon and triathlon products to help guide and assist customers to make informed purchasing decisions? Responsibilities Include:

Assisting customers to make informed triathlon purchasing decisions

Assisting with buying decisions for triathlon and road bikes, apparel, and accessories

Educating sales staff about triathlon and triathlon product

Working cross-functionally with managers service, and the buying team

Being a champion for our performance services such as bike fitting and sweat testing.

Taking the lead on in-store triathlon events, including those related to our partner race organizations

Responding to digital inquiries and sales questions through our website and email

Must be a creative thinker who can problem solve customer problems and challenges

Prioritize empathy in your customer interactions

Knowledge of or willingness to learn about mountain and commuter bikes and related accessories
Salary:
 Competitive hourly rate for the outdoor industry, based on skills, acumen, and experience – plus commission & bonus ($17-20/h).
