2017 promises to be a great season to get out on your bike with family and friends! We hope you’ll join us on the last Tuesday of each month from May through September (May 30, June 27, July 25, August 29, September 26), and ride the wonderful bike paths of Golden!
In a nod to the ever-expanding local beer scene in Golden, New Terrain Brewing Company will be pouring two of their own special brews! Local bands will serve up great music, and Bob’s Atomic Burgers will be flipping awesome burgers for all! As always, there will be prize drawings during every ride, so be sure to get your drawing tickets!
Since you have to buy either food or beer to get a ticket for the prize drawings, the kiddos need some ways to score tickets, so we have three ways for youngsters to get their own chances to win prizes: 1) Show up. Really, how easy it that? 2) Wear a costume! A little harder, but still way fun! And 3) Bring a can or box of nonperishable food for the CAG Foodbank. Be generous. Help others!
Sponsored by Golden Community Commons, the entity charged with developing a new vision for the historic Armory building, the Golden Cruise is a great chance to support local non-profit organizations doing wonderful things in our town. So grab your kids and a couple of friends, and join us on the last Tuesday of the month from May through September! Kegs tapped at 6:00 pm; ride starts at 7:00 pm; food, beer and music available until 9:30 pm.
