Ride for Rhinos with Paul Sherwin
September 16, 2017
Join one of the legendary “Voices of Cycling,” Paul Sherwen, for a morning spin and a light brunch to benefit the conservation of the rhinos on Saturday, September, 16th 2017 from 8:30am-1pm. Hosted by the Colorado Classic, the ride will start at the Denver Zoo at 9am at the east parking lot off 23rd St. Riders of all abilities are welcome, and will take an easy 15-20 mile ride with Paul (for 90 mins to 2 hours) around Denver. The ride will finish at a TBD location where a light brunch will be provided.
Paul is an avid advocate for the conservation of African Wildlife and has chosen Helping Rhinos (www.helpingrhinos.org) as his main cause for rhino conservation. Phil is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about these issues. *hint hint* Great conversation starter! 🙂
During this intimate event, Paul will be pleased to speak with you about professional cycling, conservation of African Wildlife and more!
While the reservation for the event is free, and will be capped at 50 people, we are asking that you make a $75 tax-deductible donation per person to Helping Rhinos USA as your ticket for entry. All proceeds will be used to support Helping Rhinos USA.
Reserve your spot today! Once reserved, you will receive an email with details on how to donate as well as other info about the ride. You must provide proof of donation in order to participate. Once the RSVP has been made an additional email with route, how to donate, and required materials will be sent out.
Each participant will receive a complimentary Colorado Classic t-shirt, with a light breakfast provided by the Colorado Classic.
This event is 18 and older. Riders from all levels of experience welcome. This is a no-drop ride.
We look forward to seeing you on the morning of Saturday, September, 16th 2017 at 8:30 am.
