Supertraining Ride For Chad

October 22, 2017 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

Boulder

Join us October 22nd for our fully supported monthly group ride. Departure at 10am from House Of Spin – arrive at 9:30am for coffee and a snack.

Project Supertraining promotes a unique monthly ride out of Boulder, CO – the only one in the country that offers the challenge of a Gran Fondo with support from local businesses by suggested donation.

Our fall ride events raise money for the Chad William Young Foundation in memory of Chad Young, who passed away earlier this year due to complications of a head injury incurred during a crash at the Tour of the Gila Stage Race in New Mexico. Chad grew up in New Hampshire but is local to the Colorado community as he attended Colorado School of Mines as an engineering student.

Ride participation is by donation. There is no entry fee.

We have a suggested donation of $20 where donations can be made online or on-site before and after the ride.

We designed a community-level event where we can ride for a cause without exorbitant entry fees. With nutrition and follow-vehicle support by Flatirons Subaru, we’re able to get a community together by bike, once a month where we can spread awareness of and contribute to real-world problems.
