Join us for an interactive discussion with Dr. Allen Lim, founder of Skratch Labs. He’ll be talking about performance nutrition, hydration, and recovery for the adult recreational athlete.
About Dr. Lim: While working as a sport scientist and coach for a professional cycling team, Dr. Lim realized too many of the marketed or free pre-packaged sports bars & drinks were laden with artificial ingredients. They were literally making the cyclists sick to their stomach. He started making his own training food and sports drinks from scratch. From this experience, Skratch Labs was born!
