Grintas Cycling Retreat

This is your chance to get away from your busy lives by spending a few days in the mountains getting fit, soaking in the hot springs, learning key health & wellness strategies, and enjoying meals and camaraderie with other dynamic cyclists.
The camp caters to a variety of abilities, but it’s suggested that you are comfortable riding 50 miles. Routes will vary from 40 to 75 miles. You’ll get four structured rides, skills workshops and nutrition clinics.
We will focus on cycling endurance, key skills on the road. Join our endurance cycling camp open to men, women and juniors and challenge yourself mentally and physically.
