Circle Boulder by Bicycle

Coordinated in partnership with Community Cycles, the Circle Boulder by Bicycle ride is part of Walk and Bike Month, a signature community event designed to support the city’s sustainability and Transportation Master Plan goals. The City of Boulder/GO Boulder Transportation Division will host the 20th annual Circle Boulder by Bicycle community ride on Sunday, June 4, 2017, with registration and rolling starts between 10 a.m. and noon at Valmont Bike Park, located along Airport Road near the intersection of Butte Street and Airport Road.
The leisurely, B360 and B180 self-guided rides will explore the city’s extensive bike system of multi-use paths, protected bicycle lanes, buffered bike lanes and on-street bike lanes throughout the city and then return to Valmont Bike Park for a FREE, post-ride party with refreshments. The FREE, non-competitive bike ride is open to all ages and abilities and will take place rain or shine.
The B360 and B180 Bike Route
The B360 and B180 routes use the community’s bike system of connected paths, neighborhood streets and unpaved trails. Riders can register for free on the day of the event at the Valmont Bike Park and then begin riding by yourself or with a group of friends the B360 or B180 bike route. The B360 is a 23-mile bike route and riders are encouraged to begin between 10 and 11 a.m. Rider who want to biek the 11-mile B180 bike route can begin riding between 11 a.m. and noon.
