BRAC Level 2 Junior Camp

June 11, 2017

Golden

Training Miles & Team Building Camps:

Generally offered to adults and teams early in the season, this style of camp embraces higher volume, team building exercises, season planning, and full body fitness.  Duration, scope, food, lodging, and location are determined by the team. Coach Jon will build a schedule based on the goals of the camp.

Development camps:

Popular for youth and cyclists new to competition and teams, this style of camp offers skill assessments and practice for bike handling, basic strategy building, group riding (like pace-lines, echelons, sprint lead-outs), race feeding (feed zones, caravans)  as well as team building exercises for those groups where this relevant.  Ride volume is built around assessments, but I would not consider this a high volume camp.

Camp prices based on complexity of camp, distance and duration.

Day Clinics

Typically offered in local settings for 2, 3 or 6 hours per day. Many topics can be covered at a clinic from ride skills and practice, functional movement training, time-trialing, group riding, drafting, pace-lines, echelons, sprinting, team lead outs, cornering, climbing, descending and more.
