2nd Annual High Plains Gravel Grinder

Enjoy the challenging roads of Elbert County featuring a variety of great terrain. Pedal along stretches of the panoramic views of Pikes Peak, alongside beautiful local ranches and ponderosa pine next to rock outcrops. On the northeast side of the Palmer Divide the elevation is right around 7000′ where you can test your bike skills over Colorado cobbles, race up and down long rollers, and maybe redline your engine cranking up a few short steep climbs.
