We’re hiring a Coach Match Assistant to support the Coach Match team during our busy fall season. Our Coach Match team assists in connecting athletes and coaches through TrainingPeaks. At TrainingPeaks, we share a passion for creating the next best thing in the world of endurance training software with the end goal of increasing their success as coaches and athletes. We also partner with organizations such as IRONMAN, Tour de France, and USA Triathlon to help participating athletes reach their goals.
This is a seasonal, remote role with the expectation that you will work 15-20 hours per week at least through February.
You will:
– Correspond with athletes and coaches via email to provide customer support, send invoices, and assist in the onboarding process
– Manage payment subscriptions and cancellations
– Utilize Google Sheets to run reports and process invoices to ensure coaches are paid accurately and on time
– Possibly assist in the coach matching process if needed
– Other miscellaneous administrative duties
You possess:
– A high school diploma or equivalent
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
– Experience with G-Suite, particularly Google Sheets
– A positive ‘can do’ ‘will do’ attitude
– Strong organizational and time management skills
Ideally you will also have:
– An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in any field
– Endurance sports experience
– Experience using TrainingPeaks
