Today 20-year-old Zachary Strnad was sentenced to 10 years in prison for vehicular homicide, after hitting and killing cyclist Tom Flanagan while driving drunk last year. According to Katie Macarelli, who attended the trial, there was a good turnout of community cyclists in the courtroom, and, “The judge gave a very heartfelt, just decision.”
