Bike vs. Bear in Boulder

Riding the Switzerland Trail in Boulder

For those not familiar, the Switzerland Trail it is an old narrow gauge rail bed which has long since lost its ties and rails, winds its way from Ward (almost) to Sugarloaf mtn. Read more
Bicycle Accident

I have always thought that that intersection was bad/confusing and with the speed of traffic and the number of cyclists that start there rides near this intersection a accident was bound to happen. Valmont Park meeting Tomorrow
Submitted by Kris Thompson on June 9th, 2008The city of Boulder’s Park & Rec Advisory Board is seeking community input on the new plan for Valmont park which does contain a “bike park”. Last I heard, this bike park should be very cyclo cross friendly allowing possible races there in the future. Read more
The Saga Continues

Here is the article in the Boulder Daily Camera. I think this is a great step forward and its great to see Bicycle Colorado getting involved right a way.
