The repair process is diverse and requires manual dexterity and a very strong attention to detail.
Candidate profile:

· Mechanical aptitude
· Basic computer skills

· Attention to detail
· Bachelors degree in process or higher with a degree in engineering highly preferred
· Bicycle component knowledge mandatory
· ~15+ hours per week initially with 4+ working days per week minimum with the potential to moving to a full-time position
