As a Service Mechanic, you are an integral part of the Longmont Bicycle Co service team. You sell, perform, and educate customers on the servicing of bicycles, related components, and accessories. You consistently provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized service area. You have a passion for cycling and the ability to inspire people to ride and are a team player as well as a quick learner.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience with current road and mountain bike technology
• Superb customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work weekend days
Preferred Qualifications
• At least three years of consistent bike shop service experience
• Experience with disc brakes, wheel building.
We are looking for possible full time and definitely part time employees.
Positions starting at $16.50 an hour and up depending on experience.

You drive the sale of bicycles and related components and accessories, consistently provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor. You have a passion for cycling and the ability to inspire people get outside and ride!
You are a team player and a quick learner, and work closely with employees to raise the retail bar.
