The workout is a combination between a spin class and a yoga class. The first 30 minutes are spent on a spinning bike followed by 45 minutes on a yoga mat. But it's not that cut and dried, since Elise also leads students through yoga postures, called asanas, on the bike, as well.

"It's a great fusion because you're stretching after doing an extremely intense workout," Elise says.
