Ryan rides in Missoura on the Katy Trail

Ryan is now in Missoura and he is on the MKT/Katy Trail which is an old railroad line converted into a walking/biking path and it is sweet. It is partly this path that got me into cycling, I would drive to the trail head after working at the bike shop and ride like all beginners, at warp speed (like 16mph) for 20 minutes and turn around. Be sure to follow Ryan on his adventure and help donate to his cause.
Hey Josh, why aren't you out there riding with Ryan... surely you can keep up with a guy on a crusier bike... but you have been known to get dropped on flat roads before. Only Love for you!

Your father and I are so proud! We thought you would always be a Cat 5......but you have become so much more! Anyways stay out of trouble and don't let anybody give you a hard time about your lack of ability.
